Islands join host Raina Douris

It’s been five years, and Islands is back with Islomania, an album of joy and inspiration written pre-pandemic. Additionally during that time, band leader Nick Thorburn stayed busy writing theme music for podcasts like “Serial” and numerous other projects. He joins host Raina Douris on the next World Cafe, for a conversation about why he has the constant urge to create, and what inspired Islands to get back together.
