The Mavericks joins host Raina Douris

The Mavericks have no borders – They make music that’s been classified as country, rock, Tex-Mex, and more. Now, as the band celebrates their 30th anniversary, The Mavericks are going back to their roots with, En Español, their first album entirely in Spanish. Singer Raul Malo and guitarist Eddie Perez will talk about the new project today, which includes originals, as well as their unique take on some Latin American classics. And The Mavericks perform new music live.
