Margo Price joins host Raina Douris

Margo Price released her solo debut, Midwest Farmer’s Daughter – a country record – in 2016. So it surprised many fans when she followed up with a rock album. That’s How Rumors Get Started draws on influences like Tom Petty, and it’s actually a return to her roots – For over a decade before her breakthrough, she was playing mostly rock. Margo joins Nashville correspondent Jessie Scott to talk about the new music, working with longtime friend Sturgill Simpson, and about the conflict she’s felt between career and motherhood.
