Sense of Place: Paris – Ibeyi and Theremin join host Talia Schlanger

The twin sisters of the duo Ibeyi split their time between Cuba and France as kids. In an interview and performance recorded live in Paris, the pair talk about their cross-cultural childhood, the influence of their dad, who was a member of the famed Cuban band Buena Vista Social Club, and the advice they got from Lin-Manuel Miranda of Hamilton fame.
