World Cafe Playlist for 02/24/2021

John Morrison joins host Raina Douris

Throughout February, music journalist John Morrison is helping World Cafe celebrate the music of black artists with a series called The Black Roots of Rock and Roll. He’ll dig into how black artists have influenced – and in some cases invented – rock, decade by decade. In the final installment of this four-part series, we’ll move out of the ‘90s and into the 2000’s with music from TV On the Radio, Philly duo Camp Candle, and more.
