Happy St Patty’s Day everybody!  

Our very first Sense Of Place Trip was to Dublin, Ireland.  How were we to know that our rainy day walk around the city with the great Glen Hansard was to be our favorite video of the entire series.  So today, we post the video with the Irish songwriter, vocalist and guitarist again. 

Take a moment to watch Glen’s take on his fave spots in Dublin. He tells how to get the best Guinness, About busking in Grafton Street –he even shows us the spot where he busked in the film Once.  Stay to the end for Glen’s completely impromptu performance in O’Donoghue’s the Irish pub of your dreams.  Oh, we started drinking Guinness at noon and we left him about 7 PM as he headed back into the bar for more singing and stout.
