November 3rd 1972: James Taylor marries Carly Simon

The couple’s 11 year marriage began after being wed by a judge in Paul Simon’s Manhattan apartment. Later that night, Simon joined him on stage at his New York’s Radio City Music Hall show where they announced their union to a live audience.
