Sofía Valdés performs a mini-concert, Stephen Kallao hosts

Sofía Valdés’ musical journey started early – She was born into a musical family in Panama, attended an art school in Michigan in her teens, and then moved to London to study at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. Sofía is now 20 years old and showcasing what she’s learned from her worldwide stops on her new EP, Ventura. Today – from her home in Panama City – she performs a live mini-concert, and we’ll hear her influences, from pop and soul to folk and bossa-nova.
