Elizabeth King joins host Raina Douris

Elizabeth King had her first hit, a song called “I Heard The Voice,” in the 1970s – Now she’s released her first new album in decades, at the age of 78. Early in her career, the gospel singer took a break from recording to focus on her family, which included 15 children, AND she was in a severe car accident that changed her life. On the next World Cafe, we’ll hear King’s story and how she has no plans of slowing down.
