Kim Gordon joins host Raina Douris

Kim Gordon has been beloved in rock circles for decades as a member of Sonic Youth, and for her own solo music, but at the beginning of this year she also became a TikTok celebrity for a whole new generation with her song “Bye Bye” from her new album, The Collective. Kim Gordon talks about how collaborating with the right person takes you in exciting artistic directions, about how her visual art melds with her music, and about what it’s like to become TikTok famous at the age of 70.
