David Wax Museum joins host Stephen Kallao
David Wax Museum is led by husband and wife duo, David Wax and Suz Slezak. Their new album is called Line of Light, and it was born out of the 2017 Unite the Right rally and counter protests that took place in their hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia. They join host Stephen Kallao today to discuss how that backdrop influenced the record, along with a more personal experience – Suz had a relapse of bipolar disorder while they were writing the new music. We’ll hear their story, and David Wax Museum performs live.
