Fraser & Debolt are a very special Toronto Folk duo from the 1970s. Allan Fraser and Daisy DeBolt made two albums together  With Ian Guenther and With Pleasure  in 1971 and 1972 for Columbia Records.

Their first album is probably my favorite record of all time.  Recorded live in the studio and sequenced with artful editing it is a wonderfully intimate record that sets the standard for psychedelic folk.
There is one video of Fraser & DeBolt in 1971 from The Philadelphia Folk Festival, and the CBC did a radio documentary. We will salute them on today’s Final Vinyl with “Them Dance Hall Girls” from their first album – still never legally reissued on CD.
