Matt Berninger joins host Raina Douris
Matt Berninger is the lead singer of The National. And for his first ever solo album, he wanted to create something warm and welcoming, partly inspired by Willie Nelson’s 1978 record, Stardust. One way he did that was by teaming up with Stardust producer, the legendary Booker T. Jones. We’ll hear about that recording experience today, along with Matt’s live performance of songs from his album, Serpentine Prison.
